Q. Do you assign ISBN or catalog numbers to your products?

A. No, we do not assign ISBNs or catalog numbers to our products.

Q. The instructor has used this same packet before. Can we sell copies we have left in the store?

A. No, you may not resell leftover packets for subsequent terms. Please contact us to return leftover packets for credit.

Q. How long does it take to receive the packets from the time we place the order?

A. Please allow up to two weeks to receive the packets. Orders may be expedited for an additional fee.

Q. The actual enrollment is significantly lower than the maximum allotted enrollment. How many packets should I order?

A. We recommend ordering for the maximum course enrollment, due to the custom nature of the packets, reorders can be costly. We accept authorized returns.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. We accept purchase order or pre-payment via credit card. Purchase order invoices are subject to 30 day terms.

Q. Will students be able to purchase this software anywhere else?

A. No, our policy is to fill orders for one bookstore per term. In special circumstances, we will occasionally allow an additional bookstore to carry the packets. We will not fill for a second bookstore without the approval of the first.

Q. The course was cancelled; can I return all of the packets?

A. Yes, we will accept 100% of orders for full credit for cancelled classes.

Q. We have another instructor using custom lab packets produced by SimBiotic. Will the two separate packages be distinguishable?

A. Yes, the covers will be labeled with the course number, school, and semester.
