Overview

This popular lab and accompanying workbook explore how selection can act on two multi-locus traits (beak width and depth of Darwin's finches) as the selection regime changes. Students observe the consequences of manipulating optimal beak width and/or depth, selection strengths, correlations between traits, and other factors that influence the dynamics of selection.
